Secondary Offering Funds Raised on AIM

Of the 47 U.S. companies listed on London's AIM, 33 have raised an aggregate of £0.9 billion ($1.1 billion) from secondary offerings. The median and average U.S. company listed on London's AIM has raised an aggregate of £12 million ($15 million) and £26 million ($33 million), respectively, with 79% raising between £3 million ($4 million) and £100 million ($125 million). More than half of all companies listed on London's AIM complete a secondary offering each year.
