IPO Funds Raised on AIM
Of the 47 U.S. companies listed on London's AIM, 41 joined via IPO and raised an aggregate of £1.0 billion ($1.3 billion) for the company and selling shareholders. The median and average U.S. company IPO on London's AIM raises £10 million ($13 million) and £24 million ($30 million), respectively, with 73% raising between £3 million ($4 million) and £100 million ($125 million).
The cost of a £24 million ($30 million) AIM IPO for a U.S. company would amount to 7.17%.
